Community-Based Tutorial Claim
All Community-Based Tutorial contractors are required to submit an invoice via the following Contract Billing Form to the Division of Appropriation Control. Usage of this form enables the Department to collect all required information necessary to issue payment. All invoices are reviewed for budget category limits established in the contract.
All invoices for contracts ending June 30 or earlier must be submitted no later than July 15 annually.
