Services and Programs

Services, as used in this section, are unique activities or instructional services that meet the special needs of children with disabilities, identified handicaps under Section 504, are homeless, or have limited English proficiency. These services include, but are not limited to, activities conducted in the classroom, in the home, in hospitals and institutions, and in the community.
