The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals from current successful 21st CCLC programs offering high-quality after-school services, and eligible public and private schools and organizations interested in applying for a Louisiana 21st Century Community Learning Centers (21st CCLC) contract. Contracts will be awarded on a competitive basis.
