| The Louisiana Department
of Education’s Office of Educator Support (OES) serves as a primary
source of support for educators in
Louisiana. Its goal is to provide innovative and effective professional
development, instructional technology, leadership programs, and responsive
customer service that are instrumental in helping to instill pride
in the teaching profession and a commitment among Louisiana educators
to lifelong learning in the form of professional development.
The OES is divided into three divisions. Each division has key areas
of focus, all of which are designed to support teachers and educational
leaders throughout the state.
