Annual Financial Report (AFR) Data
Financial Data Reported By City/Parish School Districts
The public parish/city school districts report summaries of their financial activities to the State Superintendent of Education each year as the Annual Financial Report (AFR). Provided below are downloadable, compressed copies of these reported data. The "zipped" files for each fiscal year contain: (1) one Microsoft Access database, Version 2000; or (2) seven delimited text files with fieldnames in the first record of each file, a comma between fields, and text within quote marks. Also presented are selected extracts from each year's data. Immediately below are tables describing codes used within the AFR database and links to related documents.
