Please note:
Following a Legislative Auditor Security review, LDE has been asked to remove the LDE systems security access request forms from its website. The forms are therefore now available exclusively on our LEADS portal system.
All users with access to the LEADS portal, which should include all TAS Security administrators, will be able to download copies of the security access request forms from this site. Any users not able to access the forms should contact their TAS coordinator, who can provide copies of these forms.
